This 12-hectare vineyard was born in Santenay in 1987 from the meeting between winemaker Gino Capuano and former footballer Jean Marc Ferreri.
In 2009, John Capuano succeeded his father Gino as the head of the estate.
The grapes are manually harvested and sorted. All wines are traditionally aged in wooden barrels using French oak.
The wines are bottled with the respect and delicacy befitting their appellation.
Notes and Reviews
Château Tasting
A very beautiful deep purple colour, with deep violet hues. A charming nose, without restraint but precise. Very aromatic, it announces from the first whiff beautiful notes of peony and violet. The fruit is bright and pure.
First impression - wow! The tannins are very firm but delicate; they give depth to the whole. The mid-palate is rich and greedy. It is so harmonious and powerful in its aromas. The flavours of red and black fruits bloom and are particularly long. A fresh and slightly peppery finish.
