From vines planted in 1984 in Nillumbik. Whole-bunch pressed directly to barrel (30% new). Natural ferment with zero mlf. Matured 10 months in oak. A bright green gold. White peaches and nectarine, some lemon oil, yuzu and citrus blossom together with hints of oatmeal biscuit. This has terrific drive, with a savoury edge complementing the textured, layered palate. Finished long and satisfying. 13% alc.
