This 12-hectare vineyard was born in Santenay in 1987 from the meeting between winemaker Gino Capuano and former footballer Jean Marc Ferreri.
In 2009, John Capuano succeeded his father Gino as the head of the estate.
The grapes are manually harvested and sorted. All wines are traditionally aged in wooden barrels using French oak.
The wines are bottled with the respect and delicacy befitting their appellation.
Notes and Reviews
Château Tasting
Beautiful golden colour with strong intensity and green reflections. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, hazelnut, and powerful mineral notes (flint), followed by a toasted bouquet due to the barrel.
The character of this wine spontaneously elicits fresh butter. An ample and long palate, at the same time lively and concentrated, dynamic and suave. Overall quite balanced and built to last.
