This 12-hectare vineyard was born in Santenay in 1987 from the meeting between winemaker Gino Capuano and former footballer Jean Marc Ferreri.
In 2009, John Capuano succeeded his father Gino as the head of the estate.
The grapes are manually harvested and sorted. All wines are traditionally aged in wooden barrels using French oak.
The wines are bottled with the respect and delicacy befitting their appellation.
Notes and Reviews
Château Tasting
Beautiful golden colour with superb intensity, embellished with shining and brilliant highlights. On the nose it is very ample and straightforward, fine and complex, with aromatic notes of cooked bread intermingling with white peach and (very light) scents of honey.
Vigorous mouthfeel, still a little severe but alert and firm, and with a nice aromatic potential. This wine needs a little time to settle, relax, and develop all of its finesse.
