Son of winemaker, it was very early that my father passed on to me the passion for the land and the wine. I have always enjoyed working outdoors, enjoying nature and the outdoors. After studies in viticulture, then professional experiences in France completed by a stay in Australia, I decided to take the step to settle down as winemaker in this region that saw me grow.
The opportunity in 2012 to recover 3.5 hectares of vines in Vacquerolles, near Nîmes, becomes the trigger. Organic conversion was immediate.
From 2014, I started to plant the second part of my vineyard (mostly white) in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard to gradually reach 7.5 hectares.
In 2017, I started the construction of my winery. An ecological project combining a wooden structure with insulation in straw bales and rice husks. A building that fully meets my expectations.
In the vineyard, I favor manual work at the right time in the respect of nature. I harvest manually and sorts in the vineyard. A slow pressing guaranteed the quality of the wine. In the cellar, I work as naturally as possible, using the best of gravity and a minimum of sulphites to protect my wine.
