A new project co-founded by Benjamin Laroche from the well-known Chablis family, and nephew of Michel Laroche.
Benjamin: "Because we do not have our own vines like an independent state, we go out into vineyards and cellars, and select the fruit of passionate winemakers. After a rigorous selection, long-term partnerships, and extra qualitative plot selection, the goal of La Manufacture is to offer its connoisseur clientele some unique gems, which might otherwise have gone unnoticed."
Notes and Reviews
This is aromatically fresh, fine, and elegant with a slightly reserved nose of green fruit and oyster shell, where the latter component also characterises the delicious, serious, and almost aggressively mineral flavours that culminate in a penetrating and explosive finish. A striking wine with really beautiful acid/fruit/dry extract balance and huge length that does not seem to end.
